Overview
Felix Real Estate ("Felix Marketing") values your privacy and provides users with full control over the personal data collected through our website, social media lead forms (Facebook / Instagram), and WhatsApp consultations.
According to Meta's Developer Policies, users have the right to request deletion of their personal information and data associated with our Facebook / Instagram App and Lead Ads.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to remove your personal data (including name, email address, phone number, and inquiry history) from our records, you can do so through any of the following methods:

Option 1: Direct Email Request (Recommended)
Send an email to info@felixrealestate.in with the subject line"Data Deletion Request".
Please include the email address or phone number used when submitting your initial lead inquiry. -
Option 2: WhatsApp Deletion Request
Send a WhatsApp message to +91 7207999501 stating: "I request deletion of my personal data." -
Option 3: Facebook Account Settings (Remove App Access)
If you submitted details via Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads:- Go to your Facebook Profile Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Select Apps and Websites.
- Locate Felix Marketing / Real Estate and click Remove.
Data Processing & Timeline
Confirmation & Execution:
Upon receiving your request, our team will process and permanently remove your contact details and interaction records from our primary databases within 48 hours. A confirmation message will be sent to you once completed.
